The Sunday Chair -20x24"

160.00

This series comes from my love of mail. The Post Office was my favorite errand to run with my mom when I was a kid. Receiving mail is like getting a little present, especially if its a thoughtful letter, and I loved knowing I was sending a little happiness to someone.

This collection is like having a little bit of that happiness in your home. Each postcard and drawing was made intentionally with energetic marks, color palettes that feel refreshing and a little touch of nostalgia. The postcards are originally from the Metropolitan Museum of Art but were then used in the Public Library as photographs of what was on display.
